The C.H.I.E.F.S. Assessment Engine reviews the materials you submit against a proprietary scoring rubric and returns a findings report and a pillar-by-pillar breakdown. It is an assessment tool, not investment, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee funding, licensing, or any other outcome.
Materials you upload (pitch decks, collateral, founder bios, IP documentation) are used only to produce your assessment. Depending on the option you choose, there may be a fee, payable securely through Stripe, before your materials are reviewed.

After you confirm your company details and accept the agreement, you will be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout page to pay the $1,000 evaluation fee (plus applicable tax).
Once your payment is complete, you will come back to upload your materials.

Deferred payment
There is nothing to pay today.
By choosing Option B, your company agrees to pay a Commercialization Advisory Fee of 0.25% of gross proceeds at each financing closing for the next 18 months, plus applicable taxes.*
You will review and sign the full terms before you submit.
* This aggregate fee compensates Mammoth exclusively for its commercialization assessment and strategic advisory services, which conclude upon the delivery of the C.H.I.E.F.S.™ report to the Company. For certainty (a) financings include both dilutive and non-dilutive forms of fundraising, and (b) Mammoth will not solicit, introduce or contact investors, discuss, recommend or sell securities, negotiate financing terms on behalf of the Company, receive or handle investor funds, or perform any activity requiring registration under applicable securities legislation.

Commercialization Advisory Fee (payable at financing closings)
For an early-stage Company that cannot pay now, in consideration of the commercialization assessment and strategic advisory services provided by C.H.I.E.F.S.™, the Company shall pay Mammoth Health Innovation Inc. a fee equal to 0.25% of the gross proceeds received by the Company at each financing closing for the next 18 months, plus applicable taxes.
This aggregate fee compensates Mammoth exclusively for its commercialization assessment and strategic advisory services, which conclude upon the delivery of the C.H.I.E.F.S.™ report to the Company. Upload your materials

Management and team bios are optional, since they are usually included in the pitch deck. Supporting collateral and IP documents are also optional, but they may contribute to your scoring.
